Aug 2019:

Interaxis have recently bought the surface & slideway grinding facilities from Birmingham Machine Tools after they went into administration earlier this year.

This has been a large investment for Interaxis and has helped to secure medium to large capacity surface & slideway grinding resource in the UK. This resource will help keep lead times down on re-engineering or re-placement of gibs, keep plates and bed/saddle grinding. The service is also complemented by our 25T overhead crane.

July 2019:

We have recently moved to a new premises in Burtonwood, Cheshire. Our new site is 9000 square feet + large offices. The new facility offers double overhead craneage at 5 ton and 25 tons.

Jun 16:

We have become "SafeContractor" approved.

Mar 15:

We have recenly invested in a new renishaw XL-80 Laser Interferometer and QC20 ball bar system. This enable us to undertake machine tool analysis/validation, calbration & alignments to ISO 230 part 1 and 2 please see our "machine alignments" page above for further in formation.

We can offer very competitive rates for the lasering & ball bar services on a day or per machine.

Feb 15:

We have recently become an approved supplier to GE Caledonian, Gardner Aerospace, Heroux Devtek and Clarke Energy.

Jan 15:

We have just been awarded a contract to undertake PUWER remedial works for Rolls Royce PLC Hucknall.

We have been awarded the 2015 PPM contract with EDF Turbine Support.

Dec 14:

We have been awarded the 2015 PPM contract with E.ON technologies.

We shall be undertaking / assisting in a factory move for SPE. This will involve

de-commission and re-commissioning of 20 CNC precision machine tools.

Oct 14:

We have recently become an approved supplier to Joy Global and Jaguar Land Rover

Jul 14:

We are currently undertaking a relocation project for Merritt's at Jaguar Landrover. The work involves the de-commission and re-commission of a Zimmerman Portal Mill at their castle Bromwich site.

May 14:

We have just been awarded a large contract via MTT to undertake all guarding work for Weirs Industrial Power. This work is being project managed by MTT and we are pleased to be working with them.

Jan 14:

We have made a good start to 2014. We have recently become approved suppliers to RWG (siemens) and E.ON Uk plc Power Engineering Services.

Nov 13:

We have have become an approved supplier to GE Aviation, Progress Rail Caterpillar and Techman Engineering.
