We have established a substantial pool of subjective expertise as a result of carrying out regular maintenance support work for our many customers.

Established as one of the few key independent providers of maintenance
support services in the UK, we operate a large team of machine tool fitters,
electricians and system technicians based in strategic locations throughout the UK.

We have a policy always tomaintain a spare capacity within our field service   facility to enable us to provide fast response support to breakdown calls.

Our norm is to have a suitably experienced engineer &/or technician on site within 24 hours - although we often respond the same day.

Servicing is central to everything we do and as a consequence we provide 24/7 support to customers with an ongoing need for such cover.

We have a particular team of OEM trained engineers with significant practical experience of unsupervised fault diagnosis and rectification across a broad range of machine make/type.
